Rachelle Pariseau RN, CEO

I have owned River Valley Home Care since 1998. I graduated from the College of St. Catherine’s in 1992. I started my nursing career at Fairview Southdale Hospital. Shortly after that I started in Home Care and quickly realized this was where I “belonged”. I found great joy in caring for people in their homes, and providing anything I was able to in order to keep them in their homes.
I am very active in the community. I am a member of the Farmington Rotary, a STRIVE mentor at the high school, and a Board Member of Trinity Care Center.
My hobbies are caring for all our pets from horses to chickens on our hobby farm, and most any outside activity such as boating, biking, and gardening.

I am looking forward to meeting you and your family. Please feel free to contact me or one of our wonderful staff members today.

Katie O’Neill Director of Nursing

I started working at River Valley Home Care in 2000 as a homemaker and PCA and quickly realized I enjoyed helping people in their homes. In 2002 I began working as a Home Health Aide while attending Inver Hills Community College. I graduated in 2002 and started working as private duty nurse. I did this while going back to school to get my BSN and PHN in nursing. Upon graduation I was offered a job as a Case Manager, and have been doing it ever since. The areas I cover are W. St. Paul, IGH, Eagan, Apple Valley and Rosemount. I would say the best part of my job is working with people in the comfort of their home, knowing that what I do l=keeps them there and independent as long as possible.I enjoy teaching ice skating lessons year round.
